Layaway arrangements are provided solely to allow customers to guarantee the price of ordered merchandise. NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE REMOVED FROM INVENTORY UNTIL PURCHASE IS PAID IN FULL.

Limited Warranty

Xpress Furniture and Mattress does not extend warranties other than those specified by manufacturers in writing. This limited warranty does not cover wear, fading, or shrinkage of fabrics, damage due to alterations, misuse, abuse, or accidents, and damage or discoloration caused by light.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

No refunds are available, and sales cannot be canceled after merchandise has been delivered. Your merchandise is not guaranteed to be in stock or available until you have paid in full and delivery or pick-up has been scheduled.
